Is it induction compatible?
Check the product label or packaging for induction compatibility. Many non-stick crepe pans require a magnetic base for induction use — not all non-stick pans are induction-ready.
How do I look after the non-stick coating?

Do I need to season it before first use?

What’s the best way to make crepes in it?
Heat the pan on a medium heat and lightly butter or oil it. Pour in a small ladle of batter and immediately tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter thinly across the base. Cook until the edges lift and the surface looks set, then flip and cook briefly on the other side.
